WARRANT
Cornwall, ON – Symphony Pierce, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on July 30th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her probation order and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On July 30th, 2018 the woman was located by police. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.
THEFT UNDER, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Claire Lafaille, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on July 30th, 2018 and charged with theft under $5000 x 3 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged between July 26-29, 2018 the woman attended a Second Street East and Marlborough Street store and removed merchandise, making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the stores. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On July 30th, 2018 police located the woman. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 13th, 2018.
