Cornwall Ontario Police Only Disclose 2 out of 48 Calls for Service JANUARY 17, 2019

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Jesse Mallory, 18, of Cornwall was arrested on January 16th, 2019 and charged with breach of recognizance for contacting a certain person, as well as breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on December 31st, 2018, the man was in the company of a certain person, contrary to his conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On January 16th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

MISCHIEF UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – A 35-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on January 16th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000. It is alleged during an argument with his common-law wife, the man damaged a window in the residence and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on February 5th, 2019. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
