WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Timothy Lessard, 32, of Cornwall was arrested on February 10th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man failed to attend court for a theft and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On February 10th, 2019, the man was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

ASSAULT

Cornwall, ON – Lori McConkey, 55, of Cornwall was arrested on February 10th, 2019 and charged with assault. It is alleged on February 6th, 2019, she assaulted a woman who was known to her and police were contacted to investigate. On February 10th, 2019, the woman was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on March 12th, 2019.

WARRANTS, THEFT UNDER $5000, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Michelle David, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on February 10th, 2019 on the strength of multiple warrants. She was also charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the woman failed to attend for prints and court and warrants were issued for her arrest. It is further alleged in October 2018, the woman was operating a vehicle in a dangerous manner, nearly striking a police officer, and another warrant was issued for her arrest. On February 10th, 2019, the woman was located at a Brookdale Avenue business, where she had attempted to leave the store without making any attempt to pay for the item she had selected. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Bradley Legue, 33, of Cornwall was arrested on February 10th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man was wanted on a committal warrant for driving offences. On February 10th, 2019, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held in custody.
