DOMESTIC BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 26-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on April 25th, 2019 and charged with three counts of breach of undertaking for being within 50 metres of her boyfriend’s residence, failing to notify a change of address to police, and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the woman attended her boyfriend’s residence on April 25th, 2019, despite her conditions, and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANTS, ROBBERY, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Kyle Delorme, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on April 25th, 2019 on the strength of multiple warrants. He was also charged with robbery and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on February 2nd, 2019, the man struck someone known to him and took his watch without permission and a warrant was issued for his arrest. The man further breached his probation and an additional warrant was issued for his arrest. On April 25th, 2019, police were called to investigate a robbery at a Second Street convenience store, where the man is alleged to have demanded money from the clerk and fled after taking several lottery tickets. Police located the man a short time later. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

FRAUD UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Jason Larose, 41, of Cornwall was arrested on April 25th, 2019 and charged with fraud under $5000. It is alleged the man attended a Ninth Street business and attempted to fraudulently return merchandise that had not been paid for. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on May 9th, 2019.
