DOMESTIC BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 21-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on June 3rd, 2019 and charged with two counts of breach of probation for contacting her boyfriend and failing to keep the peace. She was also charged with two counts of breach of undertaking for failing to notify police of a change of address and contacting her boyfriend. It is alleged on May 30th, 2019, the woman contacted her boyfriend, despite her conditions, and an investigation ensued. On June 3rd, 2019, she attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Kassidy Normandeau, 26, of Cornwall was arrested on June 3rd, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the woman breached her probation and a warrant was issued for her arrest. On June 3rd, 2019, the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on July 25th, 2019.

MISCHIEF OVER $5000 & MISCHIEF UNDER $5000

Cornwall, ON – As a result of an ongoing investigation by the Criminal Investigation Division, a man has been arrested and charged in relation to multiple motor vehicle mischiefs that took place in the City of Cornwall throughout April and May. Christopher Marshall, 36, of Cornwall was arrested on June 3rd, 2019 and charged with twenty-one counts of mischief under $5000, as well as one count of mischief over $5000. He was taken into custody on June 3rd, 2019, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 2nd, 2019.
