13 Year Old Charged w Threatening To Kill Teacher in Cornwall Ontario 060619 #CCPS #CPS

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Cory Arial, 29, of Cornwall was arrested on June 4th, 2019 and charged with two counts of breach of recognizance for failing to reside with his surety and failing to notify police of a change of address. He was also charged with two counts of breach of probation for failing to notify a change of address and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on May 31st, 2019, it was learned the man had changed his address without notifying police and an investigation ensued. On June 4th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and held for a bail hearing.

MISCHIEF UNDER $5000, THREATS

Cornwall, ON – A 13-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on June 4th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000 and threats. It is alleged the youth made threats to kill his teacher and caused damage to the exterior of the school. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation, the youth was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court at a later date. His name was not released as per provision of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

FRAUD OVER $5000

Cornwall, ON – Mohanjeet Gurm, 28, of North York, ON was arrested on June 4th, 2019 and charged with fraud over $5000. It is alleged the man had defrauded a 79-year-old woman of $15,000 while at the bank on June 4th, 2019. Police were contacted and took the man into custody. He was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

POSSESSION OF PROPERTY OBTAINED BY CRIME OVER $5000 X 2, DISOBEY COURT ORDER, POSSESSION OF METHAMPHETAMINE

Cornwall, ON – Randalyn Fisher, 44, of Medicine Hat, Alberta was arrested on June 4th, 2019 and charged with the following:

• Possession of property obtained by crime over $5000 x 2
• Disobey court order for failing to keep the peace
• Possession of methamphetamine

It is alleged while investigating an unrelated matter on June 4th, 2019, police located the woman in possession of a stolen trailer and motorcycle. During the investigation, the woman was taken into custody, at which time she was found to be in possession of a quantity of methamphetamine. She was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

THEFT UNDER $5000 X 2

Cornwall, ON – Laurel Kubecki, 35, of Cornwall was arrested on June 5th, 2019 and charged with two counts of theft under $5000. It is alleged during the night hours on May 24th and May 25th, 2019, the woman attended the backyard of a man she did not know and removed various household items. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On June 5th, 2019, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on July 2nd, 2019.

REQUEST FOR PUBLIC ASSISTANCE

Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service is requesting public assistance regarding a break and enter that took place at a Second Street apartment building on May 18th, 2019 at approximately 2:00 am. The individuals pictured below entered an underground parking garage where they attempted to remove items from parked motor vehicles.

  1. When you see a child threatening to kill the teacher this shows that a lot is wrong with the child’s mind as well as the society that we live in today. I have been saying since I was young that the society has gone to hell in a hand basket.

  2. Since the strap has been banned in the schools society has gone straight to hell and getting worse.
