Update – Body Recovered from St. Lawrence River
Cornwall, ON – On Saturday, June 22, 2019 at approximately 9:00 am, the Cornwall Police Service (CPS) was called to investigate a report of a body being recovered from the St. Lawrence River in the area of the RCAF boat launch.
The CPS have been working in partnership with the Regional Coroner’s Office and have confirmed the identity of the recovered body to be that of missing diver, 46-year-old, Thomas Andrew Phillips. Philips was reported missing by the Ontario Provincial Police on June 11th, 2019.
