#OPP Traffic Stop Leads to Meth & Oxy Bust Near Morrisburg 070219

TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO DRUGS SEIZED

(NORTH DUNDAS, ON) On June 27, 2019 at 9:08am, members of the SD&G OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU) and SD&G OPP officers conducted a traffic stop on County Road 31 in North Dundas Township. This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of drugs (crystal methamphetamine, oxycodone and marihuana) and Canadian currency.

Michael ST.LOUIS (age 37) of North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;

– Possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking (2 counts)

– Fail to comply with conditions of an recognizance ( 8 counts)

– Drive while under suspension (Highway Traffic Act)

– Drive vehicle with cannabis readily available (Controlled cannabis Act)

Melissa BOWMAN (age 37) of North Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;

– Possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking (2 counts)

ST.LOUIS was held in custody (bail) and is scheduled to appear Ontario court of justice in Cornwall.

BOWMAN was released and is scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on August 13, 2019.

TRAFFIC STOP LEADS TO CHARGES

(SOUTH DUNDAS, ON) On June 27, 2019 at 8:25pm, SD&G OPP officers conducted a traffic stop on County Road 2 in South Dundas Township. Investigation revealed the driver was breaching previous release conditions. The driver refused to follow the officer’s directions and called 911 during the stop.

Kyle SUMMERS (age 36) of South Dundas, Ontario was arrested and charged with;

–             Fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking

–             Public Mischief

Summers was held in custody (bail) and is scheduled to appear Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall.
