WARRANT EXECUTED – DRUGS AND WEAPONS SEIZED (NORTH GLENGARRY, ON) On May 10, 2019, members of the SD&G OPP Community Street Crime Unit (CSCU), Emergency Response Team (ERT), K9 Unit and Tactical rescue Unit (TRU) officers executed a Controlled Drugs and Substances Act Search Warrant at a property on William Street, North Glengarry Township.
This resulted in the seizure of a quantity of drugs (crystal methamphetamine, cocaine, psilocybin, heroin, ecstasy, marihuana), weapons (crossbows, knives, pellet guns) and Canadian currency.
Robin ROZON (40) of North Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and charged with; – Possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking (3 counts) – Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000 – Fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking ( 2 counts)
Melanie LARCHEVESQUE (39) of North Glengarry, Ontario was arrested and charged with; – Possession of a controlled substance for purpose of trafficking (3 counts) – Possession of proceeds of property obtained by crime – over $5000 – Fail to comply with conditions of an undertaking – Fail to comply with conditions of a probation order
Both were held in custody (bail) and are scheduled to appear in Ontario Court of Justice in Cornwall. Photos attached of drugs and weapons seized
