Cornwall Ontario – A Cornwall woman was arrested by State Troopers on warrant from charges in Florida. Jacinte L. Periard was arrested near Norfolk NY and is being held without bail.
Florida records from the Broward County Sheriff’s office show that was Ms. Periard was charged in September with exploiting the elderly, forgery, and theft.
