Cornall ON – As the result of considerable damage at various properties in the City of Cornwall due to the severe rain storm recently, the City of Cornwall is establishing a process to assist property owners to dispose of storm related waste material.
City property owners will have the option of placing water-damaged material at the roadside and calling for a special pickup. This service will be by request only and is separate from the City’s normal solid waste collection program. Hec’s Tree Service is the contractor who will be performing this task. There will be no cost to the property owner for this service.
Pickup will start Monday morning and continue until Friday. It will be extended if necessary.

Confirmation that goods are at the road
Please note that this special pickup service is for water-damaged materials only. Regular garbage and blue/black box pickup will continue as normal, as does normal landfill drop-off rules and fees.
