THEFT UNDER, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Tate Jocko, 27 of Akwesasne was arrested on September 27th, 2017 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on September 26th, 2017 the man removed property from a parked car in the area of Baldwin Avenue and police were contacted to investigate. On September 27th, 2017 the man was located by police with the property. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released top appear in court on November 9th, 2017
THEFT UNDER $5000, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Sherri Lynn Ferguson, 52 of Cornwall was arrested on September 27th, 2017 and charged with theft under $5000 and breach of probation for failing to notify a change of address and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on September 27th, 2017 the woman removed merchandise from a Brookdale Avenue store making no attempt to pay for the items as she left the store. Police were contacted and located the woman a short distance away. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
