Poor former Sens goalie Ray Emery; back from Russia and nabbed on the 416 for Stunt Speeding.
Emery was charged under the stunt driving provisions of the Highway Traffic Act. Under Ontario law, police have the authority to seize a vehicle going faster than 50 km/h above the speed limit, however they would not confirm how fast the vehicle was going.
