Georges Laraque gets rare goal in Carey Price Win – Vesa Toskala & Leafs Shut out Philly – Sens shut out Rangers – NHL Round up – January 15, 2010

Hey if Carey Price can get a win Big George can get a goal.    The Montreal Canadiens brought it to the table last night and beat the Dallas Stars 5-3.   They showed some grit and determination as they came back from an early deficit.

Goals were scored by Big George, Brian Gionta twice, Benoit Pouliot and my favorite hab Mike Cammallieri.

I guess the secret to Montreal success is that they have to be out shot, in this game 36-28.

Bob still needs to make some magic happen as he’s going to be in a bit of Cap Trouble next year and needs to win an awful lot more games with this squad.

Toronto  put 4 in the net as Vesa Toskala earned a rare Toronto shut out.   Goals were by Bozak, Stempniak, Kuliemin, and as rare as Big George scoring Luke Schenn.

The other Brodeur got a shut out for the Ottawa Senators who scored two goals against the New York Rangers.
