Massena NY – Congrats to Mayor James F Hidy and Massena. The new mayor took office recently.
We were lucky enough to catch Mayor Hidy for a few moments prior to Cornwall’s new city council being sworn in last week.
Mayor Hidy talks about the challenges Massena faces, especially its downtown core and some of the changes he’s hoping to see while in office.
