Cornwall ON – Fire has struck the pre-cursor of Glen Stor Dun Lodge at 1111 Gretchen Court; the former St. Michael’s Academy building which were converted to Condos.

I just spoke with Chief Myles Cassidy of the Cornwall Fire Department. At this time 22 Fire Personnel have been dispateched to the fire. No injuries reported as of this time.

My sister lived there for a couple of year’s,she had nice antique furniture that she collected over the year’s but at least the most important thing is no one was hurt” thank God for that.’
i was gonna go look at an apartment there back in january that was up for rent im glad i didnt cause i would have been left with nothing im sure glad i didnt take that place
I live in the next street over, and I seen this from my Livingroom. It is now going on 6:00 in the morning. and they are still trying to ge it out. I feel for the people that lived there. Such a horrible thing to have to endure. My Heart goes out to all of them.
