Habs Break Losing Skid with 3-1 win over Atlanta – Leafs Win – NHL Scores – March 30, 2011 – Cornwall Ontario

Cornwall ON – Andrei Kostitsyn notche an empty net goal to bury the Atlanta Thrashers and end the Habs three game losing skid.  Could you imagine how many more points he’d get if he could get his average shots per game closer to 3?

Matt Darche notched his first goal in a while with Roman Hamrlik scoring Montreal’s first goal.   Carey Price was in net for Montreal and picked up the win.

It was a busy night in the NHL as Toronto defeated Buffalo 4-3; Philly beat the Penguins 5-2; Carolina defeated Washington 3-2; Columbus edged the Panthers 3-2.

Still playing as of press time were: Boston 3-0 over Chicago; Tampa 4 – Ottawa 2; Minnesota and St. Louis tied at 2; Vancouver tied at 1 with Nashville. LA at Edmonton and Dallas at Phoenix were scoreless.
