Reward money. I found a crime, a five year in jail and $250,000 fine crime. I know someone. Someone who made a VHS tape of a hockey game. That person intends to charge the price of a beer to watch the 2005 playoffs. They’re even taking bets. If I turn in the video pirate what portion of the $250,000 fine will I get?
