CFN –On November 2nd, 2011, SD&G OPP hosted 13 grade 9 students for the annual “Take Your Kids to Work Day”. The youths took part a full day, consisting of several presentations and demonstrations from various Units of the OPP including, Crime Stoppers, Crime Unit, Identification Unit, K-9 and In-Service Training.The event provided those in attendance an opportunity to see first hand what goes on in the life of a police officer, some being their parents.
The day was enjoyed by all!
