Cornwall Police SEEKING ASSISTANCE & Police Blotter for December 12, 2012

Cornwall, ON- The Cornwall Community Police Service is currently seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a female that attended a local bank on December 3rd, 2012 at approximately 12:30 p.m. The female withdrew an undisclosed amount of money from an account that was not hers.

image002The female was described as a white woman, in her 50’s, dark hair tied back wearing glasses and a brown coloured coat.

            Cornwall, ON- A 14-year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on December 10th, 2012. The youth was bound by a Recognizance with the conditions to abide by the rules of her residence and CAS, and not to be away from her residence between the hours of 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. The youth was also released to appear in court on November 23rd, 2012. It is alleged that on November 17th, 2012 the youth failed to abide by the rules of the residence and failed to return before curfew. It is also alleged that on November 23rd, 2012, she failed to attend the police station for fingerprints. She was located and charged accordingly. The youth was held in custody until court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per provision under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.

 

WARRANT

            Cornwall, ON- Cody Lacelle, 19 of Cornwall was arrested on December 10th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on December 4th, 2012 and a bench warrant was issued. He was held in custody until court later that day.

 

Cornwall, ON- Adam Francis, 19 of Akwesasne was arrested on December 10th, 2012 under the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that he failed to attend court on November 22nd, 2012 and a bench warrant was issued. He was held in custody until court later that day.
