CFN – We’re proud to introduce a new columnist on CFN. Kristin Blasiak, the Paleo Princess, will be sharing her recipes and meals of her travels all focused on Paleo Principles.
For her first dish Kristin will share the joys of her Lamb Chops with Garlic Brown Butter Sauce!
- 2 garlic cloves
- Lamb chops
- Salt and pepper
- Olive oil
- Fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 cup chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon butter
Season the lamb with salt and pepper and chop the garlic. Place on skillet and sear for approximately 3 minutes on each side. Take lamb off of the skillet and place on a serving plate. Deglaze the pan with garlic, thyme and lemon juice. Whisk in butter and pour over lamb prior to serving.
