Booze Theft in Cornwall Ontario – POLICE BLOTTER Oct 28, 2016

THEFT UNDER $5000

            Cornwall, ON – Scott MacDonald, 32 of Cornwall was arrested on October 27^th, 2016 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on October 27^th, 2016 the man attended a Second Street East store and removed a bottle of liquor making no attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. Police were contacted and located the man. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – Robert Duval, 57 of Cornwall was arrested on October 27^th, 2016 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on October 13^th, 2016 the man attended a Second Street East store and removed a bottle of liquor making no attempt to pay for the item as he left the store. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
