Empty Deposit Envelop Leads to Charges in Cornwall Ontario – APRIL 11, 2017

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Terrance Lauzon, 49 of Cornwall was arrested on April 10th, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man breached his conditional sentence order and a warrant was issued for his arrest. On April 10th, 2017 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and held for a bail hearing.

Cornwall, ON – James St.John, 51 of Cornwall was arrested on April 10th, 2017 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man was responsible for the deposit of empty envelopes at a local bank in January, 2013 and a warrant was obtained for his arrest. On April 10th, 2017 the man was located by police, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on May 9th, 2017.

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Steven Nyhof, 37 of Cornwall was arrested on April 10th, 2017 and charged with failing to attend for prints. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints on March 30th, 2017 and an investigation ensued. On April 10th, 2017 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on April 27th, 2017.
