BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 53-year-old Williamsburg man was arrested on February 26th, 2018 and charged with breach of probation for communicating with a certain person and for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on February 11th, 2018 the man was found to be in breach of his conditions during a traffic stop on Montreal Road and an investigation ensued. On February 26th, 2018 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on March 29th, 2018. His name was not released as the conditions stem from a domestic incident and would identify the victim in the matter.
ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON, POSSESSION OF A WEAPON FOR A DANGEROUS PURPOSE, CARRY A CONCEALED WEAPON
Cornwall, ON – Tanisha Garlow-Lazore, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on February 26th, 2018 and charged with assault with a weapon, possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose and carry a concealed weapon. It is alleged during an argument on February 7th, 2018 the woman struck another woman known to her with an object and police were contacted to investigate. On February 26th, 2018 the woman attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. She was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
WARRANT, POSSESSION OF CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Rebecca Dillabaugh, 37 of Cornwall was arrested on February 26th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant and charged with possession of marijuana, possession of speed and breach of probation for being in the possession of drugs and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on February 26th, 2018 the woman who was known to be wanted for failing to attend court was spotted walking on Prince Arthur Street by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service. She was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and found to be in possession of a quantity of marijuana and speed. She was charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
