Cornwall Community Police Service for July 5, 2017 #CCPS

BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 25-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 3rd, 2018 and charged with breach of recognizance for contacting and being within 100 metres of his girlfriend. It is alleged on July 3rd, 2018 the man was found to be in the company of his girlfriend, despite his conditions. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On July 4th, 2018 the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.




BREAK AND ENTER

Cornwall, ON – Kyle Morrow, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on July 4th, 2018 and charged with break and enter. It is alleged on July 4th, 2018 the man entered an apartment on Brookdale Avenue without permission and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 16th, 2018.

OBSTRUCT POLICE, POSSESSION OF COCAINE, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Brandon Bradley, 42, of Hogansburg, NY was arrested on July 4th, 2018 and charged with obstruct police and possession of cocaine. The man was also charged with breach of recognizance for possessing drugs and failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on July 4th, 2018 a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service observed the man to be in possession of a quantity of cocaine and an investigation ensued. After a brief foot chase, the man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
