Cornwall, ON – Rebecca Dillabaugh, 38 of Cornwall was arrested on July 27th, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. Cornwall, ON – A 23-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on July 17th, 2018 and charged with assault and theft under $5000. It is alleged during an argument on July 17th, 2018 the man assaulted his common-law wife and took her cell phone. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. During the investigation the man was taken custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
THEFT UNDER $5000
Cornwall, ON – Timothy Lassard, 30 of Cornwall was arrested on July 17th, 2018 and charged with theft under $5000. It is alleged on July 17th, 2018 the man attended a store on Second Street East and removed property making no attempt to pay for the items as he left the store. The man was stopped by the Loss Prevention Officer and police were contacted to investigate. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on August 2nd, 2018.
