Cornwall, ON – Alexander Samson, 22 of Cornwall was arrested on August 2nd, 2018 and charged with the following:

It is alleged on August 1st, 2018 the man was seen with a handgun at a local bar and police were contacted to investigate. On August 2nd, 2018 the man was located by police and found to be in possession of a loaded handgun. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
Cornwall, ON – Sasha Colon, 28 of Cornwall was arrested on August 2nd, 2018 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged on June 24th, 2018 the woman threatened someone known to her with a bat and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation a warrant was obtained for her arrest. She was located on August 2nd, taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on August 30th, 2018.
Cornwall, ON – Logan Cree, 19 of Akwesasne was arrested on August 3rd, 2018 on the strength of two warrants. It is alleged the man failed to attend for prints and court and warrants were issued for his arrest. In the early morning hours of August 3rd, 2018 the man was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service. He was taken into custody on the strength of the warrants and held for a bail hearing.
ASSAULT, MISCHIEF, FORCIBLE CONFINEMENT, BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 30-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 2nd, 2018 and charged with two counts of assault, mischief, forcible confinement and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on July 22nd, 2018 the man assaulted his girlfriend and prevented her from leaving the residence. It is also alleged the man damaged a car and assaulted another man known to him. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On August 2nd, 2018 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
