THEFT OF MAIL
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service is looking to identify the man pictured below in relation to an incident involving the theft of mail. The incident occurred on July 18th, 2019 in the area of Meadowvale Crescent. THEFT OF WAR MEDALS
Cornwall, ON – The Cornwall Police Service is investigating an incident where three WWII Service Medals were removed from a Monroe Avenue residence. It is believed the medals were taken sometime between January and July 2019.
The medals are identified as being a 1945 Defence Medal, a 1943 Canadian Volunteer Service Medal, and a 1939-1945 War Medal.

DOMESTIC MISCHIEF, THREATS, FORCIBLE CONFINEMENT
Cornwall, ON – A 33-year-old Cornwall man was arrested on August 19th, 2019 and charged with domestic mischief, threats, and forcible confinement. It is alleged the man made threats to kill his common-law-wife, prevented her from leaving the residence, as well as damaged a trailer. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On August 19th, 2019 he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Cornwall, ON – Pierre Godard, 61, of Martintown was arrested on August 19th, 2019 and charged with criminal harassment. It is alleged the man attended a Cornwall Square business on August 6th, 2019, and engaged in threatening conduct towards an employee. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On August 19th, 2019, the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly, and released to appear in court on September 26th, 2019.
DOMESTIC BREACH
Cornwall, ON – A 45-year-old Cornwall woman was arrested on August 19th, 2019 and charged with breach of recognizance for contacting her ex-boyfriend. It is alleged on August 18th, 2019, the woman sent messages to her ex-boyfriend, despite her conditions, and police were contacted to investigate. On August 19th, 2019, she was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing. Her name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
