MISCHIEF UNDER $5000, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – Andrew Bourbonnais, 36, of Long Sault was arrested on December 17th, 2019 and charged with mischief under $5000 and breach of undertaking for being outside his residence with alcohol in his body. It is alleged on November 30th, 2019, the man had damaged a carpet in his apartment building and police were contacted to investigate. During the investigation, it was learned the man had left his residence after consuming alcohol, despite his conditions. On December 17th, 2019, he was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.

WARRANT

Cornwall, ON – Patrick Rabideau-Blackadder, 34, of Ingleside was arrested on December 17th, 2019 on the strength of a warrant. It is alleged the man assaulted another man who he did not know on June 1st, 2019, and a warrant was subsequently issued for his arrest. On December 17th, 2019, he was taken into custody on the strength of the warrant and released to appear in court on January 14th, 2020.

FORCIBLE CONFINEMENT, SEXUAL ASSAULT, DOMESTIC ASSAULT, THREATS, BREACH

Cornwall, ON – A 27-year-old Long Sault man was arrested on December 17th, 2019 and charged with the following:

• Forcible confinement
• Sexual assault x 4
• Domestic assault x 6
• Threats x 6
• Breach of undertaking x 5 (for contacting his ex-girlfriend)

It is alleged throughout 2018 and 2019, the man assaulted his ex-girlfriend on six occasions. The man also is alleged to have sexually assaulted her on four occasions and made multiple threats to kill her. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On December 17th, 2019, a member of the Cornwall Police Service attended L’Original as the man was in custody on an unrelated matter. He was charged accordingly and transported to Cornwall to await a bail hearing. His name was not released as it would identify the victim in the matter.
