CFN – Another brick on top of the vinyl siding as South Lancaster Artist Michael E.Cartwright ponders the options of his Artistic License to complete the portrait of St.Paul’s Chapel for the Dalkeith Heritage Society.
Dalkeith is celebrating the Bicentennial of the town 1811-2011 and Cartwright has donated a painting of the Chapel for an as yet unknown venue to sell it.
The 24″x30″ portrait of the chapel will be used to raise funds to restore the building and promote the idea of preserving buildings before they are sided or torn down.For more information google Dalkeith Heritage Society for a full listing of upcoming events.
