CFN – A new baby record has been set at Winchester District Memorial Hospital (WDMH) – 80 babies were born in July 2014.
“Last June, our maternity program had 74 deliveries and that was a record. Now we’ve surpassed that,” notes Dr. Shamsa Deeb, WDMH’s Chief of Obstetrics. “Congratulations to all of the new families and to our entire care team.”
The WDMH program offers complete obstetrical care by a core team of family physicians, obstetricians and midwives, as well as specially trained nurses and support staff. They provide full service care with 24/7 pain management in a comfortable, home-like setting.
