CFN – On February 11, 2015 at approximately 1:30pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers, with the assistance of OPP Canine Unit, responded to a report of an armed robbery at the IDA Pharmacy on Thorold Street in the Village of Ingleside, South Stormont Township.
Investigation indicated that a lone adult male entered the pharmacy brandishing a knife to a staff member. The male fled on foot east of the scene with a quantity of narcotics. No injuries resulted.
The suspect is described as follows;
– White male, 5`10’’, 40-50 years of age, unshaven wearing eye glasses, a forest green parka, black pants and black/white running shoes
so glad everyone is okay and hope the OPP catch this guy! The staff at the pharmacy are the best and it is a scary and upsetting thing they had to go through today so if anyone recognizes the description call the OPP and let’s get this guy off the street.
