IMPAIRED DRIVER
(North Dundas) – On April 8, 2017 at approximately 7:22pm, Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a report of a single motor vehicle collision on Development Road, North Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that a vehicle had left the road and rolled over. Two (2) male occupants were taken to hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Officer determined that the driver was under the influence of alcohol.
Jason FOWLER (29) of South Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Driving a Motor Vehicle While Ability Impaired Causing Bodily Harm
– Exceed 80 Milligrams Blood Alcohol Content Causing Bodily Harm
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on May 2, 2017.
DRUGS SEIZED
(North Dundas) – On April 10, 2017 at approximately 8:38pm, SD&G OPP officers intercepted a male pedestrian on County Road 7, North Dundas Township. The stop resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana. Further information revealed that the accused was in contravention of conditions imposed from a previous incident.
Brady LEBLANC-CLOST (22) of North Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
– Fail to Comply With Probation Order (2 counts)
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on June 6, 2017.
