ASSAULT
(SOUTH DUNDAS) – On October 5, 2017 at approximately 10:14pm, Stormont, Dundas &Glengarry Ontario Provincial Police officers responded to a report of a disturbance outside a residence on County Road 31, South Dundas Township. Investigation indicated that an altercation occurred resulting in one adult male striking another adult male. The accused male had caused damage to the victim’s vehicle as well.
Daniel HUTT (61) from South Dundas Township was arrested and is charged with;
– Assault
– Mischief
He was released and is scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on November 14, 2017.
DRUG CHARGES LAID
(NORTH DUNDAS) – On August 29, 2017 at approximately 7:09pm, a Stormont, Dundas & Glengarry (SD&G) Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) officers responded to a disturbance on Wintonia Drive, North Dundas Township. The investigation resulted in the seizure of a quantity of suspected marihuana.
On October 5, 2017 SD&G OPP officers charged;
Vivian MIROYO (43) of North Dundas, Ontario
– Possession of a Controlled Substance
She was released and scheduled to appear at the Ontario Court of Justice in Morrisburg on December 5, 2017.
