JD Salinger passed away today at the age of 91.
The enigmatic and reclusive author had broken his hip and never fully recovered.
He had lived in the small New Hampshire town of Cornish.

He will forever be known for his novel “Catcher in the Rye” who’s protagonist Holden Caulfield became one of the most renowned characters ever written.
It should be interesting to see how many unpublished pieces are discovered now that he’s died.
