CFN – Beau’s All Natural Brewing’s co-founders, father and son Tim and Steve Beauchesne, are delighted by the news that Beau’s All Natural Brewing has been chosen as a recipient of funding from Ontario’s Local Food Fund. The provincial program supports innovative local food projects that increase demand and sales of Ontario food, stimulate new investment, and strengthen Ontario’s agri-food sector, while also celebrating local food.
Beau’s All Natural will receive up to $354,000 to enhance the brewery with capital upgrades that will increase production. Beau’s All Natural has a strong connection with local food in the region, including investing in a sustainable future for Ontario-sourced hops and brewing ingredients, fundraising to support local food advocacy, and raising awareness of and supporting local food each fall with Beau’s Oktoberfest.
Beau’s has recently begun a multi-year expansion project of the Vankleek Hill facility that includes a faster, more efficient filler for the bottling line, as well as necessary improvements to brewing power supply. Malt handling improvements, including the addition of grain silos, will also be part of the project. Beau’s will be making a full announcement of its upcoming expansion plans in the new year.
CFN congrats the Beauchesne family and Beau’s. Great people. Great Beer!
