FAIL TO ATTEND
Cornwall, ON – Tyler Laplante-Hough, 20 of Cornwall was arrested on August 15th, 2016 and charged with failing to attend for prints. It is alleged the man was scheduled to attend for prints on August 10th, 2016 and failed to attend. On August 15th, 2016 the man attended police headquarters to deal with the matter. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Symphony Pierce, 23 of Cornwall was arrested on August 15th, 2016 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to report and breach of probation for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged the woman failed to report as directed on July 22nd, 2016 and August 8th, 2016. Police were contacted and an investigation ensued. On August 15th, 2016 the woman was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
Cornwall, ON – Joel Sarault, 18 of Cornwall was arrested on August 15th, 2016 and charged with breach of recognizance for failing to report, failing to reside at an approved address, failing to notify a change of address and failing to abide by conditions of bail. It is alleged the man breached his conditions and police were contacted to investigate. On August 15th, 2016 the man was located by police, taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
DANGEROUS DRIVE, MISCHIEF
Cornwall, ON – Lance Martin, 46 of Akwesasne was arrested on August 15th, 2016 and charged with dangerous driving and mischief. It is alleged on August 15th, 2016 the man drove a motor vehicle in a dangerous manner when he purposely drove through the arm barricade at the port of entry. The man later returned to deal with the matter and police were contacted. The man was taken into custody, charged accordingly and released to appear in court on September 22nd, 2016.
BREACH
Cornwall, ON – Alain Boudrias, 39 of Cornwall was arrested on August 15th, 2016 and charged with breach of recognizance for having consumed alcohol and breach of two probation orders for failing to keep the peace. It is alleged on August 15th, 2016 police attended a Fourth Street address for a breach complaint. Once on scene they found the man in breach of his conditions. He was taken into custody, charged accordingly and held for a bail hearing.
