Cornwall may be in danger of losing some of its outdoor pools. Kids need places close to home.
Clement — a user of the Kinsmen Park pool — reminded her colleagues that there’s “something to be said about investing in summer.” The councillor said she hopes residents in the affected neighbourhoods will be given a chance to comment on the proposal.
