The bad news is that if you were waiting for Chef Shawn Kretz’s latest column you’ll have to wait a bit longer as he had a mishap with a power tool and injured his cooking hand.
Luckily he still can supervise his crack, and friendly staff. I stopped by Chez Nous tonight and sampled some of the new wines he can offer now that the local Bistro has been licensed.
I can’t believe the change’s he’s made. The room is gorgeous already and the new booths aren’t even up yet. Check it out and I recommend the Bison Ribs along with a glass of Pinot Noir!
