“The 9th annual Akwesasne International Powwow will highlight a collection of astonishing native dancers, drummers and artisans from the region in a two-day event meant for one and all.
“This is an invitation for anybody regardless of race, colour, and creeds to join us in this cultural celebration,” said Mohawk Council of Akwesasne District Chief Larry King.
The two-day event will take place on Saturday, Sept. 12 and Sunday, Sept. 13.”
