Toyota Recalls Over 2 Million Vehicles over Accelerator Pedal Issue – January 22, 2010

A massive recall on several models of Toyota built cars has just been announced.    Over 2 million vehicles need their accelerator pedals fixed.  This after 4 million vehicles were recalled recently as well over floor mats.

“The recall affects the 2009-2010 RAV4, the 2009-2010 Corolla, the 2009-2010 Matrix, the 2005-2010 Avalon, the 2007-2010 Camry, the 2010 Highlander, the 2007-2010 Tundra and the 2008-2010 Sequoia.”

The local Toyota dealer will have one very busy service area!

  2. Where has Cornwall Harry been hiding? For years, the Japanese have made the best motorcycles and the best and safest cars. It is just recently that the North American stuff has been catching up. The “Japanese crap” line refers to things made 40 years ago.
