Cornwall ON – What a blech game. Even if you were a Flyer fan it just felt weird watching the game as weird as it was watching Grapes wear his pride jacket. Whoever wrote the script for last night’s game should be fired. Oh, yeah, the Flyers won in OT, but it took two takes as an apparent goal was called back. (we jest, we jest, we jest, there is no game script)
It was a weird vibe watching most of the Chicago players many of whom seemed to have forgotten how to skate.
So we now have a series. The Hawks are up 2 games to 1 and if Philly pulls off another win the series will be even. Last night was Chicago’s chance to really cement a victory.
Could Cristobal Huet about to come onto the ice and save the day? Sorry, couldn’t help myself on that one.
