Cornwall ON – That quote from Mike Bray, President of Louis Bray Construction as a cheque for $15,000 was presented to the 3+1 Project 2010.
Bray, along with James Fraser, Quarry Manager made the presentation to Project 2010 Committee member Terry Sylvester.
The $15,000 pledge brings the total amount raised locally to roughly $1.7 Million with the committee’s $2 Million goal in reach.
“Bray Construction has a great reputation in the community and this is one piece to the puzzle,” said Sylvester.
Residents wishing to support 3+1 Project 2010 are encouraged to fill out pledge forms available at 3plus1.ca.
Construction continues on the site of the 3+1 Sportsplex on a piece of land between 7th Street and 2nd Street in the Cornwall’s West end.
Construction is scheduled to complete in March 2011.
