I thought their names cannot be released anyways due to the fact they are all under the age of 18?
They should release the names of teenagers involved in any violent crime! It’s protection for us!
Not the point, I just figured if the assaulters are all underaged, then due to the Youth Protection Act, they cannot release those names anyways.. is that not the case?
If people commit crimes, then they should lose their rights. Why is i that these people have more rights than law-abiding citizens. It does not matter if they are 12 or 50. By keeping their names unpublished, you are giving them license to continue doing what they do. A little shame never hurt anyone and, if you know what a person has done, then you might be able to protect yourself from having the same thing done to you.
The Y.P.A. is just another liberal feel good policy that does not work!
