She has not been seen since Sunday, 19th of September, 2010. She is believed to be riding a yellow bicycle with a basket at the front.

Cornwall, Ont. – The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating a break and enter at a Vincent Massey Drive business which occurred overnight on the 17th of September, 2010. The suspect(s) gained entry through the rear door of the business. The suspect(s) stole cash. ASSAULT, ASSAULT POLICE and CAUSE DISTURBANCE
Cornwall, Ont. – Police attended a Pitt Street establishment in the early hours of September 18th, 2010 as a result of a disturbance. Several people were involved in an altercation as a result the following charges were laid:
Renna Leaf, 18, of Akwesasne faces 8 counts of Assault Police, 1 count of Assault with intent to resist arrest, 1 count of Cause a Disturbance and 1 count of Obstruct Justice. She appeared in court on the following day.
Bronson Joseph Leaf, 26, of Akwesasne faces 1 count of Obstruct Police and 2 counts of Assault Police. He appeared in court on the following day.
Eastwood Leaf, 24, of Akwesasne faces 2 counts of Obstruct Police. He was released to appear in court on the 26th of October, 2010 to answer to the charges.
Three officers required medical attention for minor injuries. They were treated and released.
BREACH OF PROBATION
Cornwall, Ont. – Steven Andre Tyo, 30, of Cornwall was arrested during a traffic stop on the 18th of September, 2010. He was bound by a Probation Order with conditions to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to Abstain from the consumption of alcohol. It is alleged that he was under the influence of alcohol when police located him as a passenger in a motor vehicle. He was arrested and charged with 2 counts of Breach of Probation and released to appear in court on October 26th, 2010 to answer to the charges.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, Ont. – A 28 year-old Cornwall female was arrested following a domestic disturbance on the 18th of September, 2010. It is alleged that during an argument with her 43 year-old common law spouse she grabbed and ripped his shirt. The female left the residence and police were contacted. She was located and arrested for 1 count of Assault. She was held in custody until court the following day. Her name is not being released as it may identify the victim in this incident.
ASSAULT WITH A WEAPON and WEAPONS DANGEROUS
Cornwall, Ont. – Marie Ann Vezina, 28, of Cornwall was arrested for a weapon related offence on the 19th of September, 2010. It is alleged that she was in the company of a 15 year-old male and the two were in possession of a firearm when a male was struck by a bb. The victim did not require medical attention for his injury. Police were contacted and an investigation resulted in the female facing 1 count of Assault with a Weapon and 1 count of Possession of Weapons Dangerous. She was released to appear in court on the 21st of October, 2010 to answer to the charges.
The 15 year-old male was bound by an Undertaking Order with a condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and 2 Probation Orders with the same condition and to reside with a parent and follow the house rules. It is alleged that on the 14th of September, 2010 the youth failed to return home. Police were contacted and an investigation commenced. Police located the youth in the company of the 28 year-old female and he was arrested for 1 count of Assault with a Weapon, 1count of Possession of Weapons Dangerous, 2 counts o f Breach of Undertaking and 4 counts of Breach of Probation. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DOMESTIC MISCHIEF
Cornwall, Ont. – A 30 year-old Akwesasne male was arrested following a domestic disturbance on the 19th of September, 2010. It is alleged that during an argument with his 22 year-old common-law he was locked out of his residence and he damaged the door. Police further allege that he damaged two cells phones and one portable phone. Police were contacted and an investigation resulted in the male facing 1 count of Mischief Under $5,000.00. He was released to appear in court on the 21st of October, 2010 to answer to the charge. His name is not being released as it may identify the victim in this incident.
CARE AND CONTROL
Cornwall, Ont. – Nicole Elizabeth Barraclough, 36, of Hastings Ontario was arrested in the early hours of September 20th, 2010. It is alleged that she had care and control of a motor vehicle while under the influence of drugs when police located her in a Second Street East parking lot. She was transported to police headquarters for testing. She faces 1 count of Care and Control of a Motor Vehicle and 1 count of Possession of a Controlled Substance. She was released to appear in court on the 07th of October, 2010 to answer to the charges.
WARRANT
Cornwall, Ont. – Marcel Roger Dubeau, 34, of Cornwall was arrested on the 20th of September, 2010 on the strength of an outstanding warrant. It is alleged that on September 15th, 2010 he failed to attend court and a bench warrant was requested. The male turned himself in and was held in custody until court later that day.
BREACH OF RECOGNIZANCE
Cornwall, Ont. – A 26 year-old Lancaster male was arrested on the 20th of September, 2010 following a breach investigation which commenced on the 13th of September, 2010. The male was bound by a Recognizance Order with a condition to not associate or communicate directly or indirectly with a specific female unless it is to discuss child access issues. It is alleged that on September 12th, 2010 he contacted the 26 year-old victim by texting her with messages unrelated to the children. Police were contacted and an investigation commenced. He faces 1 count of Breach of Recognizance and was held in custody until court later that day. His name is withheld as it may identify the victim in this incident.

Cornwall, Ont. – A 15 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 14th of September, 2010 for an assault which occurred the previous day. It is alleged that he was a passenger in a motor vehicle and had an argument with a female outside an Eighth Street West location. Police allege that during the argument, he spat on her. Police were contacted and an investigation commenced. The youth was bound by a Recognizance and a Probation Order with the same condition: To Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. The youth faces 1 count each of Assault, 1 Breach of Recognizance and 1 count of Breach of Probation. He was held in custody until court later that day. His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DOMESTIC MISCHIEF
Cornwall, Ont. – A 32 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 21st of September, 2010 following a domestic related investigation. It is alleged that sometime during the first week of September, 2010 he had an argument with his 27 year-old wife at which time he kicked a hallway wall and put his foot right through it, causing damage. Police were contacted and an investigation resulted in the male being arrested for 1 count of Mischief Under $5,000.00. He was held in custody until court the following day.
TRESPASS BY NIGHT and CRIMINAL HARASSMENT
Cornwall, Ont. – A 25 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 22nd of September, 2010 following a Criminal Harassment investigation. It is alleged that he was advised on several occasions to stay away from his 16 year-old ex-girlfriend. Police allege that in the early hours of September 22nd, 2010 he attended her residence and was asked to leave on two occasions. The male complied with the request, police were contacted and an investigation commenced. He faces 1 count of Criminal Harassment and 1 count of Trespass by Night. THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE
Cornwall, Ont. – The Cornwall Community Police Service is investigating the theft of a 4-door, green, 1998 Mazda 626 from a Seventh Street West residential parking lot. The vehicle has three small dents on the passenger side door, a stone chip in the windshield and rust spots on both rear wheel wells.
