BREACHES
Cornwall, ON – An 18 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 1st of October, 2010. He was bound by a Youth Probation Order with the pertinent conditions of to keep the peace and be of good behaviour, notify your probation officer of any change of name, address, employment, schooling or training at least 24 hours prior to such change taking place, and not to associate or communicate with any person known to you who has a criminal, CDSA, or youth court record. It is alleged that the male was found in the company of someone with a criminal record, failing to notify change of address and keep the peace and be of good behaviour. He was charged with three counts of breach of probation and release to appear in court on the 23rd of November, 2010.
Cornwall, ON- A 41 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 1st of October, 2010. He was bound by several Probation Orders with the condition of keep the peace and be of good behaviour, and a Conditional Sentence Order with the conditions of abstain from the consumption of alcohol and to abide by House arrest. It is alleged that on the 30th of September, 2010, he had consumed alcohol and left his residence. He was charged accordingly and held to attend court until the 4th of October, 2010. THEFT
Cornwall, ON- Terrence Tummings, 21, of St.Isidore ON was arrested on the 1st of October, 2010. It is alleged that on the 1st of October, 2010,
Cornwall, ON – Ryan Kisnics, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on the 23rd of July, 2010 on the strength of a Probation warrant. It is alleged that he breached his Conditional Sentence Order and a warrant was issued. He was held in custody until court the following day.
BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- Yvonne McMillan, 46, of Cornwall was arrested on the 23rd of July, 2010. She was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions of Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to abstain from the consumption and possession of alcohol. It is alleged that on the 23rd of July, 2010, police attended a Vincent Massey Dr. residence and found her under the influence of alcohol.. She was arrested and charged accordingly. She was released to appear in court on the 31st of August, 2010 in answer to the charges.
Cornwall, ON- Clayton Delorme, 25, of Cornwall was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010. He was bound by a Probation Order with the conditions Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to abstain from the consumption and possession of alcohol. He was also bound by an Officer in Charge Undertaking with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on 24th of July, 2010, police attended a Arthur St. residence where he was found to be breaching his conditions. He was arrested and charged with 2 counts of breach of Probation and 1 count of breach of Officer in Charge Undertaking. It is also alleged that once at the police station he caused mischief and therefore, he was also charges with 2 counts of mischief. He was held in custody until court the following day.
Cornwall, ON- A 36 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010. He was bound by an Officer in ChargeUndertaking with the relevant conditions to abstain from communicating directly or indirectly with his 44 year-old common-law wife, or from going to a specific Cornwall address, except in accordance with the following conditions – Police escort, to abstain from the consumption of alcohol or other intoxicating substances, and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 23rd of July, 2010, the male attended the specific address and had contact with the female while being intoxicated. He was located and arrested. He was charged with 3 counts of Breach of Undertaking. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not release as it would identify the victim.
Cornwall, ON – Alessandro Dilullo, 22, was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010. He was bound by a Justice of the Peace Recognizance with the relevant condition of abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely as well as being bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the 24th of July, 2010, police attended a complaint to which he was intoxicated. He was arrested and charged accordingly. He was held in custody until court the following day
Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010. He was bound by a YCJA Probation Order with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour and not to consume or possess alcohol. It is alleged that youth was found consuming alcohol and therefore was charged with 2 counts of breach of Probation and released to the custody of a parent with a September 16th, 2010 court date. His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act
Cornwall, ON- Kendra Skye, 37, of Cornwall was arrested on the 25th of July, 2010. She was bound by an Officer in Charge Undertaking with the conditions to abstain from the consumption of alcohol and to keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 25th of July, 2010, police attended a Prince Albert Street residence in regards to an unrelated matter when she was observed to be under the influence of alcohol. She was arrested and charged with 2 counts of breach of Undertaking. She was charged accordingly and released to appear in court on the 17st of August, 2010, in answer to the charges.
Cornwall, ON- An 18 year-old Cornwall female was arrested on the 25th of July, 2010. She was bound by a Youth Probation Order with the condition to abstain from alcohol, keep the peace and be of good behaviour and to notify the Cornwall Community Police Service of any change of address. It is alleged that police attended the area of Glengarry Blvd. after receiving information of an intoxicated female. The female was located and arrested for being intoxicated in a public place as well as 3 counts of breach of Youth Probation Order. She was held until sober and later release to appear in court on the 2nd of September, 2010, in answer to the charges.
Cornwall, ON- Daryl Reid, 31, of Cornwall was arrested on the 25th of July, 2010. He was bound by a Justice of the Peace Recognizance with the condition to abstain from the consumption of alcohol absolutely. It is alleged that on the 25th of July, 2010, he was located by police at a local park while being intoxicated. He was arrest and charged accordingly. He was held in custody until the following day.
Cornwall, ON- A 16 year-old Cornwall youth was arrested on the 25th of July, 2010. She was bound by 3 separated Probation Orders with the pertinent conditions of abide by a curfew of 10:00pm to 6:00am, not to have contact with anyone objected by your Youth Worker, to abstain from the consumption of alcohol, and to keep the peace and be of good behavior. She was also bound by on a Justice of the Peace Recognizance with the conditions of not to have contact with specific individuals and abstain from the consumption of alcohol. She was also placed in a Deferred Custody and Supervision Order with the conditions of Keep the Peace and be of good Behaviour , Full house arrest and abstain from the consumption of alcohol. It is alleged that on the 25th of July, 2010, the youth left the residence and had consumed alcohol. While on general patrol, police located the youth in the vehicle. She was in the presence of the specific individuals, under the influence of alcohol therefore breaching her conditions. She was arrested and charged with 10 counts of Breach of YCJA Probation and 3 counts of Breach of Recognizance. She was released to the custody of a parent with a September 16th, 2010 court date. Her name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
BREACH & THEFT
Cornwall, ON- A 15 year-old youth was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010 for theft and breaching her YCJA Probation Order. She was bound by a Probation Order with the condition of Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that she committed theft by taking a laptop from a unoccupied motor vehicle. She was arrested and charged with theft under $5000 and possession of stolen property. She was released to the custody of a parent with a August 19th, 2010 court date. Her name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
POSSESION STOLEN PROPERTY & BREACHES
Cornwall, ON – Amanda Tryon, 19, of Akesasne ON, was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010. She was bound by an Officer in Charge Undertaking with the condition of Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to notify the Cornwall Community Police Service of any change of address. It is alleged that on the 24th of July, 2010, police attended a Montreal Road location in regards to a suspicious vehicle. Police located the vehicle at which time the investigation revealed that the licence plate had been reported stolen. She was arrested and charged with possession of stolen property and 2 counts of breach of Undertaking. She was held in custody until the following day.
DRUGS
Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old youth was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010 for the possession of a substance in the Schedule II, believed to be marijuana. It is alleged that the youth was located by police to whit an investigation concluded that the youth had in his possession the substance on his person. He was arrested and charged accordingly. He released to the custody of a parent with a September 16th, 2010 court date. His name is withheld due to provisions under the Youth Criminal Justice Act
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON – A 40 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 23rd of July, 2010. It is alleged that the male entered into a physical altercation with his 31 year-old girlfriend and assaulted her. Police were contacted and an investigation was conducted. The male was located and charged accordingly. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not release as it would identify the victim.
Cornwall, ON- A 33 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 24th of July, 2010 for a domestic assault. The male was bound by a Probation Order with the condition to Keep the Peace and be of good Behaviour. It is alleged that on the early hours of the 24th of July, 2010, the male assaulted his 25 year-old girlfriend. Police were contacted and investigation followed. The male was arrested and charged with assault and breach of Probation. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not release as it would identify the victim.
Cornwall, ON- A 45 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 25th of July, 2010 for a domestic assault. He is bound by a Probation Order with the pertinent conditions to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour, and not to have consumed alcohol if he had contact with the victim. It is alleged that during the late hours of July 24th, 2010, police responded to a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed that the male had assaulted his 29 year-old wife while being under the influence of alcohol. Early, July 25th, 2010, the male was located and arrested. He was charged with Domestic Assault and 2 counts of Breach of Probation. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not release as it would identify the victim.
Cornwall, ON- A 47 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 25th of July, 2010 for a domestic assault and mischief. It is alleged that on the 25th of July, 2010, the male engaged in a physical altercation with his 39 year-old common-law wife. During the altercation, the male assaulted her and broke a bracelet. Police attended and an investigation followed. The male was located and arrested. He was charged with domestic assault and mischief. He was held in custody until court the following day. His name was not release as it would identify the victim.
WARRANT
Cornwall, ON- Julie Voltolina, 24 of St.Andrews was arrested on the 4th of October, 2010 on a strength of a warrant. She was bound by an Officer in Charge Undertaking with the conditions of keep the peace and be of good behaviour and abstain from communicating directly or indirectly with certain person. It is alleged that 27th of September, 2010, she contacted that said person therefore breaching. She was charged accordingly and held in custody until court the following day.
BREACHES
Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old youth was arrested on the 4th of October, 2010. The youth was bound by an Officer in Charge Undertaking with the conditions of Not to attend Brookdale Avenue address, Not to be away from your residence between hours of 8pm and 6am unless in the company of one of your parents and Keep the peace and be of good behaviour. It is alleged that on the 3rd of October, 2010, shortly after 10:30 p.m. he attended the said address on Brookdale Avenue therefore breaching the conditions. The youth was charged accordingly and held in custody to appear in court the following day. The youth’s name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
DOMESTIC ASSAULT
Cornwall, ON- A 17 year-old youth was arrested on the 4th of October, 2010. It is alleged that on the 29th of September, 2010 the youth engaged in a physical altercation with her 19 year-old boyfriend when she assaulted him while unlawfully in the residence. She was charged with Unlawfully in a dwelling house with intent to commit assault . She was released to appear in court of the 28th of October, 2010. The youth’s name was not released as per the provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act.
