Cornwall ON – Monday night belonged to Cornwall Mayor Bob Kilger and his council. Cornwall had clearly spoken and where other cities like Toronto waved in change like it was the French Revolution with guillotine’s waiting in the wing, here in Cornwall it was clear that those council candidates that supported the Mayor were supported by the voters.
