BREACH OF PROBATION
Cornwall, Ont. – Mark David Munro, 20, of Cornwall was arrested on the 01st of December, 2010 for breaching his conditions. He was bound by a Probation Order with conditions to Abstain from the use of alcohol and to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on that date, he was located by a member of the Cornwall Community Police Service under the influence of alcohol at a west end bus stop. He was arrested for 2 counts of Breach of Probation and released to appear in court on the 30th of December, 2010 to answer to the charges.
ASSAULTING A PEACE OFFICER
Cornwall, Ont. – Laura Michelle Boots, 22, of Akwesasne was arrested in the early hours of December 1st, 2010 outside a Second Street west establishment. It is alleged that the female was arrested for a Liquor Licence offence and while police had her in their custody, she bit a police officer. As a result, the female faces 1 count of Assault Peace Officer and was later released to appear in court on the 14th of December, 2010. The police officer did not require medical attention at the time of the assault.
THEFT UNDER $5,000.00
Cornwall, Ont. – Julie Bilotta, 24, of Cornwall was arrested on December 1st, 2010 following a theft investigation. It is alleged that on the 10th of November, 2010 she permitted an acquaintance who was working as a cashier at a Second Street East store to process her purchases then void the transaction. The female then left the store with the unpaid merchandise. Police were contacted and an investigation into the matter resulted in the female facing 1 count of Theft Under $5,000.00. She was released to appear in court on the 03rd of February, 2011 to answer to the charge.
THEFT UNDER $5,000.00
Cornwall, Ont. – Randolph Blake Jaeck, 50, of Cornwall was arrested following a theft investigation. On October 24th, 2010, it is alleged that he attended a McConnell Avenue construction site and stole scrap material. Police were contacted and a result of an investigation, the male was charged with 1 count of Theft Under $5,000.00. He was released to appear in court on the 30th of December, 2010.
CRIMINAL HARASSMENT and BREAK AND ENTER
Cornwall, Ont. – A 32 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on the 01st of December, 2010 for Criminal Harassment and Break and Enter. It is alleged that on November 30th, 2010 the male entered his 32 year-old ex-wife’s residence and stole some of her property. Police further allege that he made repeated unwanted contact with her by telephone. Police were contacted and an investigation resulted in the male being charged accordingly. He appeared in court on December 02nd, 2010. His name is not being released as it may identify the victim in this incident.
CRIMINAL HARASSMENT, BREACHES and THREATS
Cornwall, Ont. – A 28 year-old Cornwall male was arrested on December 1st, 2010 following a domestic investigation. The male was bound by a Probation Order with a condition to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour. It is alleged that on November 30th, the male contacted his 28 year-old ex-girlfriend by telephone several times. During one of the conversations, it is alleged that he stated that he would assault her and her new male friend. It is further alleged that he was watching her residence while making the phone calls. Police were contacted and he was arrested for 2 counts of Criminal Harassment, 2 counts of Uttering Threats and 1 count of Breach of Probation. He was held in custody until court. His name is not being released as it may identify the victim in this incident.
THEFT OF MOTOR VEHICLE
Cornwall, Ont. – The Cornwall Community Police Service is currently investigating the theft of a black 2009 Ford pickup from a Seventh Street West construction site. If you have any information regarding this theft, please contact the Service by dialing (613) 932-2110.
BREACH and THEFT UNDER $5,000.00
Cornwall, Ont. – Ashley Susan King, 27, of Cornwall was arrested on December 2nd, 2010 following two separate investigations. She was bound by an Undertaking Order with conditions to Keep the Peace and be of Good Behaviour and to Abide by a curfew unless in the company of her surety. It is alleged that on December 2nd, after curfew, she attended an acquaintances’ residence and stole his jacket. Police were contacted and an investigation commenced. Police further allege that on September 10th, 2010 she attended another male’s residence and stole his ATM card from his wallet and made 2 withdrawal transactions from his account. Police were contacted and an investigation commenced. As a result of both investigations, the female faces 1 count of Theft Under $5,000.00, 2 counts of Breach of Undertaking, 1 count of Theft of a Credit Card, 1 count of Possession/Use of a Credit Card. She was held in custody until court.
IMPAIRED DRIVING
(South Glengarry) – On December 03, 2010, at approximately 1:30am, SD&G OPP officers responded to a report of an erratic driver heading west on Highway 401, South Glengarry Twp. The vehicle was subsequently stopped west of the Lancaster exit. Officers observed that the vehicle had been driven with its rear hatch open. The investigation revealed the female driver was under the influence of alcohol.

She was released to appear in Alexandria court December 08, 2010. A per legislation (Bill 126), the vehicle was seized and impounded for 7 days.
MAN CHARGED WITH IMPAIRED DRIVING
(North Glengarry) – On December 01, 2010, at approximately 8:15pm, an SD&G OPP officer on patrol had the occasion to stop a vehicle on County Road 20, North Glengarry Twp following a report of a traffic complaint. The stop revealed the male driver was under the influence of alcohol.

He was released to attend court in Alexandria December 08, 2010. As per legislation (Bill 126) which came into effect December 01, 2010, the accused vehicle was impounded for a period of 7 days.
UTTER THREAT
(North Dundas) – On December 01, 2010, SD&G OPP began an investigation into a domestic situation which had occurred at a residence in Morewood on November 25, 2010.
Investigation revealed that a 47yr old male (from Ottawa) had threatened his ex common-law spouse. He was arrested and is charged with;
