NOTICE OF A MEETING
General Founding Assembly
Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network
Date : Thursday, March 10, 2011
Place : Georgian House Restaurant & Day Spa
146 Main Street South, Alexandria, Ontario
Time : 2 pm
The Organizing Committee of the Eastern Ontario Agri-Food Network invites you to its Founding Assembly, on March 10, 2011.
You will then have the opportunity to become a member of a non-profit organization, which has the following role:
- To support the promotion and coordination of development initiatives and development of the agri-food sector, to help support the realization of concrete actions, local and regional, in the agri-food business.
Availability of bylaws
At that meeting, the bylaws will be adopted and the Board of Directors of the Network will be officialised. Take note that the bylaws will be available before the founding assembly, either through electronic or paper version, upon request by e-mail at mpduchesne@prescott-russell.on.ca.
Membership and right to vote
The membership fee with the Network is 10$, annually, per member. It can be paid cash or by check, at the reception. The membership fee gives a right to vote to the members at the founding assembly and other meetings that will follow during the year.
Simultaneous translation
A simultaneous translation service will be available.
Lunch
After the meeting, a snack will be served.
