The capacity crowd of over 200 people enjoyed many memorable moments both hilarious and poignant. “The Woman Who Loved to Make Vaginas Happy” was the monologue which out and away got the biggest and most enthusiastic response from the audience, with Marie-Josée Menard demonstrating a wide assortment of…um…”climaxes”. (Think of the diner scene in When Harry Met Sally.)
All in all a very successful night with high hopes for next year, and those that couldn’t get a ticket for the show that sold out weeks before hoping for a matinée next year!
Kudos were also given out to Seaway Valley Theatre Company for the sound and lights. The fund raiser for SASS (Sexual Support Services for Women of SDG&A) is one of the groups big events of the year!
